In our modern world, sleep deprivation is something that affects the vast majority. But when we don’t get sufficient amounts of shut-eye, our bodies don’t just feel terrible — they also prepare to shut down.

Clearly, the logical solution is simply to have more, high quality sleep… but for those days when you just can’t get there, there are simple things you can do to alleviate the sense of impending doom that sleep deprivation can bring.
